CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM
We value your business and respect your purchase of a high quality, best in the industry, High Noon Holster. We also understand that when investing in a holster, once received and fitted, the holster might not be the exact holster you are looking for. Because we understand that purchasing a holster is just as important as the handgun you choose, we want to make sure that the fitment of your handgun in your new High Noon Holster is perfect.
Please make note that we have a 14 day return policy from the date of receipt. Once you receive your new holster, over the next 14 days please ensure that your handgun fits properly. If you have questions or concerns, please call 727-939-2701 and we will work with you to ensure proper fitment of your new holster. Just remember that you have 14 days to try out your new holster before the guaranteed return policy expires.
If you wish to return your holsters, please call us at 727-939-2701 and request a RA (Return Authorization) number. The holster must be in new condition and a 10% restocking fee will be assessed. Returns must be in a box to protect the holster and the original invoice must accompany the holster (please keep a copy of the original for your records). Please return using USPS (United States Postal Service) and please do not request a signature. We only do returns and new orders (not exchanges). Mail to:

We feel the quality we have to offer is worth a 100% lifetime warranty on any manufacturer defects. We established the lifetime warranty to help get the message out that we make the highest quality products. We don't need to see a receipt. We don't need to see when it was purchased. If it says High Noon Holsters® on it then it’s covered. We are proud of our product. Our products are so well made out the door that return percentages are low and immeasurable. In other words, we will fix it for free.
LIFETIME GUARANTEE PROGRAM
High Noon Holsters® uses only the highest quality materials. However, we do not manufacture all of the component pieces used on our products (clips, snaps and fasteners as an example). Therefore, there may be occasions when a repair is necessary. We maintain a 100% lifetime guarantee on quality, workmanship. In other words, if it’s fixable, we will fix it for free. Of course, some things are not covered by our free lifetime repair policy. Examples are broken or bent clips, lost screws or posts. If you lose a screw or break your clip, just visit our Accessories Page - http://www.highnoonholsters.com/holster-accessories and order your replacement components. The lifetime guarantee program also does not cover cosmetic damage due to wear and tear, loss or theft, customer abuse, unauthorized repairs by someone other than High Noon Holsters, or modifications made by the customer.
