Shipping Info


Our current manufacturing window for non-stocking custom items is less than 6 weeks! This wait time does not apply to in stock items which usually ship in about 1 to 5 days depending on the days volume. If you cannot wait we have a Rush Service available, ships in 7 to 10 days. Each holster has an option for Rush Service.

If you are ordering a non stocked item and you have chosen 2nd day air, it will ship 2nd day air, after the product has been manufactured, boxed and ready to ship.

If you are ordering a stocked item and you have chosen 2nd day air, it will ship 2nd day air in about 1 to 5 days depending on the days volume of orders, most items are not in stock unless you see the words STOCKING ITEM listed under the product, or you may see the Stocking Item Logo ----- Stocking Item----- this means we have it ready to go. These items are likely to ship in one to three, four or five days depending on the days volume. If you ordered on line, when the order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your UPS/USPS tracking number.



HOW IT WORKS


  • STOCKING ITEMS

These are your instructions:

There are two times you will hear from us once you place an order threw the web. The first time you will get a confirmation email of your order with a link to get to this page. The second time you will hear from us is when the order is almost ready to ship, you will be emailed a UPS/USPS tracking number before the product actually leaves the factory (explanation below). Accounting is always ahead of the shipping department, so as soon as accounting has your order they will generate a UPS/USPS label and they will send it to you thru email. When you get your tracking number this does not mean your order has been shipped, but you're getting closer.In stock items are likely to ship in about 1 to 5 days depending on the day's volume. This is just a paper work process, we pick and ship in chronological order. Please remember there may be many orders ahead of yours that have to be processed. Here is what you need to know when you get that email with the tracking number, look for the first scan which is Clearwater FL. When you see this, it means that the package has left High Noon Holsters and is on its way.

There are two parts to this, the manufacturing side and the accounting side. The two have to meet to get your order in the box and shipped. Accounting is always ahead of manufacturing and the UPS/USPS ticket is waiting for the holster to be finished. Here is what you need to know when you get that email with the tracking number. Reasons For A Delayed Order

The product does not meet our quality control standards and has to be re manufactured. In such a case the order goes to the head of the line, to be expedited, but will be out of the window. In these cases, it takes five or seven days longer. Seasonal pressures and workloads, again its hard to predict what's ahead of you when you place your order. Backorder on raw material.


Why Don't We Stock More

It is impossible for us to stock everything. We have to many choices for our customers. We currently produce about 30 holsters in our line , in three colors, left and right hand, lined or unlined and two different materials{Horse or Cowhide}for over three hundred semi autos, which means that we would need to have about 90,000 holsters in stock just to have one example of each, it just can not be done.


THINGS YOU CAN DO TO HELP US

  1. Make sure before you hit the submit you are 100% sure thats the correct product you want. We can't tell you how many customers change there minds after they order or get the wrong holster for the job at hand. We have no problem with returns, and no problem helping you, but shipping both ways gets expensive for a customer. Its also disappointing to get something that does not do the job. We have holsters for any job you have, but you have to know your "job" and if the holster can do what you are asking.   2. Put in your correct E-mail address {double check it!} so you can get a confirmation of the order and an order number seconds after the order is placed. The only reason you will not get a confirmation E-mail is because you typed your E-mail address in wrong, again double check it. Also put us on your friends list if you use e-mail filtering software.
  3. The best indicator of status on your order is when its almost ready to ship, you will be E-mailed your UPS/USPS tracking number. If you ordered a made to order item or in other words a Non Stocking Item, there is no need to call us and request status on your order. If your month is still listed on the Order Status Page, then we are still working on it and we cannot give you much information about it or an exact date when it will leave. When you call thats the page we go to for information.
  4. If you need to change something in the order or think something is wrong then PLEASE Call or E-mail ASAP.
  5. READ your conformation E-mail, it goes over the whole process, so you can stay in control and know what to expect from us. This is the key to a good experience with High Noon Holsters. We can not begin to tell you how many people do not read this valuable piece of information. This leads to frustration on your part which is what we are trying to avoid. A question that comes up often is: "I got my UPS/USPS tracking number and the product has not shipped".

OUR GOALS

Our goal is to provide you with service and an extraordinary product in a reasonable time frame. We want to get your holster to you as fast as possible, but remember, these holsters are not mass produced, most orders are NOT in stock, they are custom made, one at a time.

We understand we cannot be all things to all people. So if you are the type of person that does not like to wait or thinks he can wait but really cannot, just put the rush service on it so everyone can be happy. Or you may want to consider getting a stocking item so there is no wait. We are upfront about our turnaround times and we are trying to make your shopping experience completely stress free. We know you are excited to get your holster, just sit tight. We can't rush the process and there are orders ahead of yours. Most custom holsters makers are backed up from 10 to 12 months, its normal for a custom product involving pure craftsmanship. If you can not wait use the rush service so everyone can be happy.
