You must first navigate through the web site and determine the first item that you will want to purchase. You will not be issued a "Shopping Cart" until you choose your first item.

When you have decided on an item, click the Purchase Item Online link, its below every product .

1. This will take you to your options screen. Pick your options, then click the Add to Basket button.
2. You are now at your Basket Contents. You can change quantities or remove products in here.
3. To keep shopping, click on the Continue Shopping Link. Its at the top of the page.
4. If you are ready to check out, hit the Check Out Now button.Its at the top of the page.
   Fill out the information {name, shipping address ect}.
   Now hit Its at the bottom right of the page
5. At this point you are in the secure system and you will see the Yellow lock or Blue Key in the right hand corner if using Internet Explorer 6 or below. If using Internet Explorer 7, A website's security certificate will now show up by clicking on the little yellow lock that has been moved to the top of the window (it used to be at the bottom as shown below). Check all the Information to make sure its correct. Pick your shipping options and type of credit card you want to use
   
   
   
6. Now hit Its at the bottom right of the page. Pick the type of Credit Card you will
   using, Visa, Master or American Express. Put Credit Card Info in.
7. Now hit Its at the bottom right of the page.You are done.
   You can now print this screen for your records.
   A confirmation of the order will be sent to the E-mail address you provided in the form.
   If you ordered online, when the order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your UPS tracking number. Credit cards are charged when the order goes into to the cutting department.

What is this new order system?

   Our new order system uses a "Shopping Cart". It's a lot like the shopping cart you use at the super market. When you see something you like, you can place it in your shopping cart and then continue shopping. If you decide you need several of a specific item, you can add them to your cart. And if you decide you don't need the item at all, you can return it to the shelf.

   When you select your first item, our system issues you a shopping cart and special order number. We keep track of the items you place in your shopping cart, and allow you to browse the product categories. As you move from isle to isle (product categories), your shopping cart goes with you. You can place any item from any isle in your cart.

  Once you are ready to pay for the items, you can go to the "check out stand". While there, you select your payment options, and let us know where you would like the items sent.

  Once we know where to send the items, we calculate your total including your shipping costs. And if you forgot an item, you can run back to the isle (product page) to pick it up. The great thing is that you can't loose your place in line! And if you discover that you don't have enough money, you can return items to the shelf at any time.

  We automatically provide a confirmation E-Mail of the items ordered so that you can print it out and save for your receipt and proof of order.

Do you use cookies?

What if I made a mistake entering an item?
  Your shopping cart contents can be viewed and edited at any time using the "Basket Contents" button that is on every page.

I really wanted 2 of an item, but I goofed up and only entered one. Now what?
  No problem. When using the " Basket Contents" function, all cart contents are shown, and the quantity fields can be edited. Just click in the quantity box, and re-enter the desired number then press the "Update" button. Or you can add another of the same item to your cart. Our system knows that there is one in the cart, and that you added another item. The system then revises the total for you to equal two of the same item!

I've entered everything I want, now how do I pay for them?
  Once you are ready to pay for the items, you click Check Out Now button.
